PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Online training sessions that cover the daily NGO life and challenges. 'IMPULSES' wants to support NGOs to ignite their interest in going deeper in certain topics. The project seeks volunteer trainers for the following topics : Daily body exercises for everyone Unconscious bias Recycling ideas-plastics Agile thinking – basics on agility and agile methodologies Mental health – Mental health – introduction and what is normal? – Recognizing symptoms such as depression etc Mental health in specific situations – e.g. divorces/separations, grieve curve etc. How body, soul and mind interact – introduction into meditation /reflection methodologies or similar Social Media - LinkedIn, Instagram, but also risk awareness Communications models and types Risk management at home

Project Objectives

  • To offer online training sessions for SCN NGO team in India and Kenya on topics that cover the daily NGO life and challenges
  • To support NGOs to ignite their interest to go deeper in topics that are relevant to their daily operation but are often overlooked
