PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The project is about preparing an economic & financial plan for our MMH guesthouse in Webuye, Kenya in cooperation with the leading organization "GAASPP" to evaluate the long-term profatibility/sustainability of the business model. It includes an income statement showing revenues and expenses for planning purposes and performance measurement as well as specific project evaluations if needed. First results are expected in March/April 2024; until then, the project needs engaged employees that are willing to spend some of their time to support the NGO-leader with this project.
